Putin signs into law bill of watchdog’s keeping track of online ads
MOSCOW, Jul 2 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed into law a bill authorizing the communications service to keep register of advertisements on the Internet, according to the document released on Friday on the official portal.
The watchdog will record, store, and process information about distribution of advertisements on the Internet, including data about advertisers and distributors of advertisements, operators of advertising systems from September 1, 2022.
The government will define the scope of such information.
